Maison de la Cour is a sun-filled cottage, which faces south across the enclosed courtyard towards the pool and gardens, and the hills and countryside beyond. The entrance leads into a kitchen / dining room with a chestnut floor, an oak-beamed ceiling and a hardwood-tiled dining table with a matching dresser. The fully equipped kitchen features the original hand-carved stone sink, and has a stainless steel gas stovetop with an electric oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, and a microwave. There is a very comfortable upholstered cane sofa, two armchairs, and a TV.
A few steps lead down to the spacious bathroom, which has a bath and shower, a WC, a mirrored vanity unit, and a large fitted wardrobe; this room also contains a washing machine inside the airing cupboard. An oak staircase leads up from the lounge to a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed, a painted chest of drawers, and painted bedside units. Upstairs again, the wood-beamed second bedroom has two matching single beds, with exposed roof timbers, a chests of drawers, and a rattan seat.
The Blue room of the main house is available as an annex if extra accommodation is needed. This spacious oak-beamed room has two single beds, an en suite shower room with a basin and WC, a sofa, a wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, and double French window doors which open directly on to the courtyard just across from the cottage door.
