• A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking as well as a refundable security deposit of €300.
  • The rental period is from Saturday to Saturday with arrival time from 4pm and departure by 10am.
  • Pets are accepted by negotiation. Linen and bathroom towels are provided free of charge, but not for use around the pool.
  • Towels & Robes are available for the pool for which a nominal deposit is required
  • A cot and high chair for babies is available free of charge.
  • Rental includes gas and electricity, but heating is extra out of season and charged by the kw/hr. Le Duc is a self catering property.
  • On-site English speaking managers Tracy and Della live on the premises and are more than happy to provide as much information and help as is required.
