Le Duc Gites, are located on the borders of the Departments of the Lot, Corréze and the Dordogne in the midi-pyrènèes area of France, close to Martel and the Dordogne River.
Le Duc an old Quercy Farmstead dating in part back to the 13th Century, now consists of three cottages that have been tastefully restored into beautiful Gites which along with the main house are all located around a traditional Courtyard with a swimming pool in the garden which make them ideal for group holidays, family holidays, or couples.
The area is renowned for its lovely coutryside, and the historic villages of Collonges-la-Rouge, Turenne, and Martel are nearby, with medieval towns of Rocamadour, Sarlat and Domme only a short drive away.

Canoeing on the Dordogne River is available six miles away, bicycles can be rented locally to explore the by-ways, and horse trekking is available just a kilometre from the house
Situated on an ancient Pilgrim Route and the site of a former Monastery, Le Duc was reputedly a stopping off place for the Knights Templar.
